We are not an extended stay motel. Although we do offer monthly and weekly rates during the winter season, this is for our "Snowbird" customers only. Deposits will be refunded less an administrative fee if written notice of your cancellation is received 14 days prior to the reservation arrival date. Your deposit will be forfeited if less than 14 days notice is given. Management reserves the right to return deposit and cancel reservation with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to arrival date.
