Our kickoff for the East will be the Freedom Winter Worlds East held in Myrtle Beach, SC on February 18th & 19th of 2012. This tournament will take place at Grand Park Fields (All Turf Fields). Tournament format will be a 3 Game Guarantee. DATES: February 17,18, & 19, 2012 IMPORTANT ITEMS OF NOTE: *ALL TEAMS AND/OR COACH/REPRESENTATIVE WILL NEED TO BE PRESENT (FRIDAY FEBRUARY 17, 2012) @ 5PM (LOCATION TBD) FOR A COACHES MEETING, BAT CHECKS (USSSA APPROVED BAT LIST), REGISTRATION, COLLECT TEAM T-SHIRTS, AND HAVE A LIVE LOTTERY DRAW FOR TEAM PAIRINGS **ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A PICTURE ID WITH THEM WHEN SIGNING THE ROSTER TO RECEIVE THEIR WRIST BANDS FOR THE TOURNAMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!! If wrist bands come off during the tournament, you are NOT allowed to tape them back on. You will have to get a new one and reproduce your ID for player and team verification again.
